In modern conditions, transport enterprises face acute issues of assessing the effectiveness of activities, as well as optimizing costs and searching for internal reserves of the organization in order to increase profits. The solution of such problems is possible due to introduction of personnel logistics, which is necessary to ensure the correct formation of working conditions at the enterprise, development of certain knowledge and skills of employees to perform their job duties, confirmation of qualifications and development of personal qualities. Based on this, improvement of movement of personnel flows in the organization implies a constant choice of the most effective options. In order to make the right decisions, it is necessary to clearly understand the target orientation of the enterprise in this area. Making the right management decisions is possible only on the basis of high-quality and reliable data that can be obtained using the automation of basic operations. To analyze the personnel composition, it is necessary to regularly monitor their quantitative, qualitative, as well as structural characteristics.
