The author considers innovative didactics as a means of assertive personality traits of students, substantiates the need for training sessions on the principles of facilitation as a sufficient condition for the development of assertiveness in the structure of the student's personality, manifested in the willingness of students to have their own position and ability to actively defend it on the basis of awareness of the value of sense of ethical guidelines.
