abstract = "A vast area of chemistry is known as organometallic compounds. This article's focus on “Synthesis, Properties, Environmental Stability, and Practical Application of Organometallic Compounds” calls for a multidimensional strategy and a number of essential components. These requirements form the basis for performing thorough research on organometallic compounds, covering their production, characteristics, effects on the environment, and useful uses. This review article focuses on the various aspects of introduction of organometallic compounds. Its main properties which include state of existence (liquid or solid), solubility, bonding nature (covalent or ionic), stability and reactivity, electronegative or carbon-ionic behaviour, reduction property, flammability, and toxicity. Emphasis has been made specially on four classes of organometallic compounds and common synthetic protocol for organometallic compounds including organic halides, metathesis, hydrometallation and precursor method. Dependence of chemical stability of organometallic compounds varies with environmental conditions such as pH, temperature, atmospheric oxidation, solvent, light and microorganism has also been discussed. Finally, this review covers the industrial applications and uses of organometallic compounds. The purpose of this review is to provide the reader with an impression of the basic requirements and progresses in the field of organometallic compounds with challenges faced. The future of organometallic compounds research will be characterized by a multidisciplinary approach, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and the development of new applications with profound implications for science, technology, and society. Overall, we may conclude that organometallic compounds are beneficial to research and thus to society.",
