Stationary zonal mathematical model for section of combustion immersion torch in melt is developed. The mathematical model make it possible to account for the majority of factors, accompanying processes of combustion and heat exchange of combustion immersion torch in melt. Calculations resulting in obtaining temperature distribution and heat currents by melt height are carried out. Impact of individual factors on heat exchange processes between combustion immersion torch and melt is investigated. The study results may be applied by studying processes, wherein combustion immersion torch is used for melt heating and accomplishing necessary technological operations therein.
