N2 - The isotherms of copper(II) sorption from aqueous solutions on freshly precipitated aluminum hydroxide obtained by hydrolysis of pentahydroxomonochlorodialuminum were studied. The sorption efficiency of copper(II) was studied as influenced by pH. Sorption of copper(II) by two different mechanisms is discussed.
