Traditional methods of calculation of energy and force parameters do not take into account influence of roller fittings. This leads to decreased force and power of rolling. In this case, equipment and electric motors of the rolling mills are operated with overload. In connection with this, new mathematical model has been developed in order to take into account parameters of roller fittings. Coefficients in equations have been calculated obtained during theoretical investigation of the rolling process with the use of variation principle of total power minimum. Required power has been calculated by means of computer. Obtained data have been presented.
