The construction and realization of a zonal mathematical model of heat exchange in glass furnace with a horseshoe-shaped flame and the productivity of 300 t/day was discussed. The boundary conditions of modeling were considered in detail. The results of calculation of the external heat exchange and the hydrodynamics of the furnace bath are presented. The regression equations of temperature fields for refractory linings of the flame space and the melt surface were derived.
