The equilibrium concentration of divacancies in interstitial alloys with cubic lattices has been calculated with allowance for the temperature-induced atomic redistribution between two types of interstices. The dependences of the concentration of divacancies on the temperature and composition have been found. It has been shown that in interstitial alloys, as in pure crystals, it is possible to introduce the binding energy of a divacancy. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2006.
