Complex influence of melt preparation and inoculation on structure and properties of ZhS6U heat resistant nickel alloy is investigated. It is shown that the directional affecting on melt leads to change in crystallization process and forming a favorable structure. Simultaneous high - temperature treatment and introduction of heat resistant dispersed compounds reduce the crystallization temperature range, raise solidus temperatures and aids complete dissolution of secondary γ'-phase.
