N2 - The purpose of the article: to transfer knowledge about the components of multi-level management of the multilevel activities of the IT specialist of the medical institution to the future. The method of problem statement was used. As a result, a chain of systematic reasoning, existing and proposed on the topic of the article is obtained. Systemic structures and a senior algorithm are proposed and developed for the problem situations of multilevel management of the multilevel activities of an IT specialist of a MU. The article presents two aspects: product and system-integration.
