The specimens of Zr-Nb alloys with surface oxide films from the used technological channels of boiling nuclear reactors that were irradiated by nitrogen (10 MeV) and carbon (9 MeV) ions have been studied using the methods of electrochemical decoration and resistance measurement. The role of the radiation factor in the processes of nodule corrosion origination and development is investigated.
