The paper presents the results of data simulation for managing digital projects of information audit of enterprise processes. Based on the study of the main business processes of the enterprise, key indicators of the IT-audit are determined. The mathematical formulation of the task of conducting the IT-audit is presented. The system dynamics method is applied to model key indicators of IT-audit of business processes.
