Present article is devoted to development of agent model for customer behaviour prediction based upon public wireless network traffic analysis. Fundamental approach to wireless package characteristic analysis allowing identifying client transition through multiple coverage areas of public wireless infrastructure is proposed. Detailed data tuples analysis allows evaluating frequency characteristics and transition probabilities.
