The paper presents the correction coefficients of neural network algorithms for assessing the development of residential neighborhoods: the corresponding model of correction coefficients is shown, its features are discussed, the relevance and prospects for the use of correction coefficients in the planning of new neighborhoods are substantiated. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
