A problem of simulation of diagnostics of the scientific objects is discussed. A situation of diagnostics, based on analysis of the external symptoms or results of instrumental control (chemical analysis of products, control data of high temperatures and pressure providing an interaction of reagents, complexes of parameters dictating a phase equilibrium of melt at high temperatures), is considered. A procedure of grouping the objects into clusters by states is presented.
