N2 - In the paper, we consider the idea of developing an intelligent and customizable automated expert system for maintaining text and voice dialogs with human in the real time. This system can be used in almost any subject area. It can be used to create an automated robot–operator of a call center or smart chat bots, assistants, and so on. Moreover, such system may be used in some specific subject areas related with different kinds of cross system integrations. The proposed system includes high loaded micro-services using for the speech recognition, voice preprocessing, text post-processing, and decision making. Presented study describes application of this system to providing interaction elements for the third-party services.
