N2 - It's established that coatings applying using electric arc metallization is 3-10 times cheaper as compared with other methods of gas-thermal spraying. The activated arc metallization method providing the application factor increasing and protection improvement of sprayed metal from interaction with atmospheric gases as compared with typical metallization at the same productivity and thermal efficiency of process is developed. This technology provides stable coatings quality at the machine parts restoration and anticorrosive coatings.
