Subject of given article - individually-psychological factors of optimisation of vocational training. Influence of a level of development common cultural competencies on display of individually-psychological features and formation professional компетенций at students, namely experimental acknowledgement of distinctions in motives of educational activity, satisfaction by study and the formation of professional competencies depending on a level of development common cultural competencies the trained is considered. By means of methods of mathematical statistics distinctions in expressiveness of absolute indicators of individually-psychological features, professional компетенций and character of their interrelations in groups of students with different level common cultural competencies are confirmed. The received results testify to necessity of teamwork of school and high school on development common cultural (personal) competencies the trained.
