The article presents a study of personal qualities and abilities of students of the third and fourth years UrFU studying the direction of "personnel management." Subject of study: Psychology and Education portrait of undergraduate students enrolled in the direction of "personnel management."Objective: to create a portrait of Psychology and Education of students of third and fourth year in the direction of "personnel management."The main objectives of the study: 1. Identify and analyze the personal qualities of students. 2. To describe the psychological and pedagogical portrait of the future HR managers. The study was conducted in the period from September 2013 to June 2015. The paper uses the following methods: a technique of self-Dembo Rubinstein test "Psychogeometrical" test Jung "Determining the type of character," the date assessment test on the subject "Research of management systems" and the analysis of the protection of diploma works by students of the fourth year. In conclusion, a portrait of the future personnel manager as a person, a man, a professional.
