In the context of the digital transformation of university student training, the level of professional qualifications of the teaching staff (teaching staff) of the university must simultaneously correspond to both the level of development of technology and technology, as well as modern methodology, theory, and practice of the development of informatization of education, which will provide the sphere of professional education with scientific, methodological, and software and technological developments, both analog and digital forms of implementation. In these conditions, it becomes a problem to assess the level of professional qualifications of teaching staff due to the lack of an effective tool for its assessment. The article solves a specific problem that makes it possible to obtain a comprehensive, reliable assessment of the pedagogical qualifications of a modern university teacher, including simultaneous assessment of both the results of the teacher’s implementation of the educational process, expressed in the characteristics of the psychological and pedagogical effectiveness of training sessions, assessed by students through indicators of their activities (characteristics of the effectiveness of training sessions), and the results of information and methodological preparedness of the educational process (readiness indicators), assessed by experts. The developed algorithm, which allows obtaining a comprehensive assessment, can serve as the basis for creating a service for assessing the pedagogical qualifications of a university teacher in the context of the digital transformation of university training.
