The article presents an analysis of concepts of “culture” and “psychological culture”. The structural components of the teacher’s psychological culture are highlighted. The purpose of the article is to identify levels of expression of components of the teacher’s psychological culture. The empirical basis for the study is the general educational organizations of the Sverdlovsk region. The total sample consisted of 50 people, teachers with pedagogical experience from 1 to 10 years - 25 people, from 20 years and above - 25 people. The following methods are used in the study: the questionnaire “Psychological culture of personality” by O.I. Motkov; a technique for diagnosing interference in the establishment of emotional contacts VV. Boyko; terminal values questionnaire I.G. Senina; methodology “The level of reflexivity of the teacher” by A.V. Karpov; nonparametric Mann-Whitney U-test; Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. As a result of the study, it is concluded that there are specific features in expression of components of the psychological culture by teachers with different experience of teaching, as well as there are relationships between the components of the psychological culture of a teacher and his experience of professional activity.
