Being a leading channel of communicating a would-be expert’s values of culture, education and profession, the system of education provides for a fundamental academic and practical basis of showing the young generation actual ideas about the values expressing social, legal and moral standards of the society. The process of building and axiological competence is a basic component of humanization of education, since both in theory and in actual practice it defines the content and the hierarchy of humanist values of the education, where a human being as a main objective there acts as a strategic component. Here the process of building an axiological competence stipulates for the transformation of the value-based attitude of the students to cognition, profession, and to themselves into sustainable vocationally significant and relatable system of values. Working with social networks is an obvious starting point for building and axiological competence and media competence of the youth. Here the social networks raise strict requirements not only to the level of development of the media competence, since they have different options of media communication and high importance of engagement into the groups of agemates, they act as a basic way of solving different issues related to the values within both the social environment and the surrounding community, the reason is that in the day-to-day activity of the youth social networks are a central linking element between mass media, on the one hand, and communication in the social networks, on the other.
