N2 - The article presents the preliminary results of modeling the architecture of the educational program subject area. A conceptual model of the system under consideration is proposed, and a description of the morphology model, which is the structural basis of the system, is presented. The results obtained represent a methodological basis for creating a complete set of mathematical models of the architecture of the educational program subject area which can later be used in the selection and adjustment of various learning paths without compromising the quality of the educational process. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
