The article deals with the issues of increasing the stabilization of the wheels of the front bogie of a two-axle trailer equipped with a turning circle. The force reactions that affect the stabilization of the wheels of a trolley with a turntable, the axis of rotation of which (king pin) is located at an inclination to the vertical in the longitudinal vertical plane, are determined. The dependencies of the reaction moments acting on the inner wheel of the rotary bogie relative to the center of rotation on the angle of rotation of the axle of its wheels are established using the example of a tractor trailer 2-PTS-6, the dependence of the total stabilization moment on the angle of rotation of the axle of the front cart of a trailer, the dependence of the moment of stabilization of the front bogie of the two-axle trailer 2-PTS-6 on the angle of the kingpin at different angles of rotation of the front axle from the rectilinear trajectory. The results of experimental studies of a scale model of a tractor train with an adjustable tilt value of a pin of a turntable pri-flap on a belt track are presented. An analysis of the presented dependencies and experimental data on the model shows that the inclination of the pivot wheel of the front carriage biaxial trailer contributes to the appearance of force reactions and moments stabilizing the movement of the front wheels - i.e. maintaining a neutral position corresponding to straight motion, which has a positive effect on an important operational factor - stability of straight motion, confirms the prerequisites of the possibility and feasibility of upgrading biaxial trailers by using an inclined turning circle (pivot shaft) trailer in the kinematic scheme for stabilizing movement. Improving the stability of straight-line movement contributes to a more safe operation of autotractor transport aggregates, makes it possible to more fully use the speed and power indicators of modern energy-saturated tractors in transport work at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.
