In article experience of Institute of natural sciences of the Ural federal university on training of bachelors of the«Innovatics» an educational trajectory «Management of projects and investigations» is considered. Conclusions are drawn on positive sides of the chosen direction and on gaps in an educational program. SWOT- and TOWS analyses on the basis of which ways of improvement of the direction of preparation «Innovatics» are offered are carried out. Probable threats of realization of the direction of preparation 27.03.05«Innovatics» in the future are considered and actions of response to them are recommended.
