The main problem of work with preschool children is their inability to concentrate on any type of activity and the necessity of switching. Most of all, they are not satisfied with the monotony of training sessions after which they may not come to the next session. It follows that it is necessary to divide the class into two halves. The first should be in the format of an exciting, new game or sport, a relay race, a dance contest. Thus each following lesson is already other kind of physical activity. Therefore here it is advisable not only to change the sport, but also the coach. However, there is also the second half of the lesson - it is a profile sport - jumping on a trampoline. Children approached this part of the lesson having already left part of their energy and therefore being able to concentrate to a greater degree on the tasks at hand. As a result of the work done we got: In the MBU SShE "Victoria" (Yekaterinburg, Surgut) the number of dropouts decreased by 1.5 times (by 36%). From 2017 to 2021 the number of students increased by 26%. From 2017 to 2020, the percentage of athletes who won prizes at competitions increased by 49%. In this regard, a private sports school "Kinder_sport" was opened on September 1, 2019.
