Currency of training of public civil servants in family and demographic policy is evoked by the contradiction between sharpness of demographic problems in the Russian society and lack of qualified personnel for their analysis and overcoming. The paper describes the conception and the contents of public civil servants training on additional professional program «Birth rate and parental labor: analysis and activation mechanisms».
