Subject. Integrative assessment methodology for assessment of professional performance of civil servants. Purpose. Goal of the research is an analysis of the theoretical-methodological and regulatory legal framework for comprehensive assessment of the impact of the professional performance of civil servants, as well as the development of recommendations for public authorities actions on the issue. Methods. The authors of the article used such methods as analysis of theoretical sources and regulatory legal acts, as well as the comparative analysis. Results of the research. This paper substantiates the methodology required for implementation of evaluation procedures, as well as the development of indicators and criteria for evaluation of civil servants, not currently developed in government bodies. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty is in justification of appropriate technologies and procedures necessary for evaluation of civil servants’ activity, as well as a group of indicators and benchmarks for achieving the targets. The authors recommend using the methodology presented in this paper for implementation of the integrated assessment procedures, as well as for the use of appropriate indicators and criteria for appraisal system of civil servants and their promotion.
