"The article analyzes popular methods of drawing up core quality assurance documents. It points out that the terms ‘quality assurance policy’ and ‘quality assurance objectives’ are often confused. The article also proposes principles and methods of expert analysis of policy documents according to key words and phrases. The results of this research can be used for developing quality assurance documents; for example, these methods were applied to draw documents of the Ural Federal University: ‘Quality Assurance Policy for the State Defense Procurement Order’, ‘Quality Assurance Objectives of the Ural Federal University’, and other similar documents for specific organizational units. The proposed methods and principles can be applied universally to connect policy goals and objectives of organizations with the relevant documents in different areas of activity."
