The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical approaches to improved management in the interaction of participants in investment and construction projects based on cloud technologies. The article shows that existing communication channels between participants in investment and construction projects, mainly verbal communication and traditional document management, are outdated and are lose relevance every year. They do not provide the necessary efficiency in the transmission of information, or quality of the transmitted data. In this regard, a radical transformation of the existing industrial relations in the construction sector is required. A business model of the construction industry has been developed using cloud technologies in the process of interaction of participants in investment and construction projects according to the method proposed by Osterwalder A., Pigneur I. A project of cloud-based services for automation of management in the interaction of participants in investment and construction projects is proposed. The significance of the work for theory is expressed in a systematic representation of the possibilities of organizational, technological and information integration of the design and construction stages based on the creation of a unified information base. In the future, the approaches proposed in the article aimed at improving management in the system of interaction of participants in investment and construction projects can be used in practice in the construction sector when building chains of industrial relationships.
