This paper analyzes the debate around the issue of the existence of the law in the biological world picture. Seizing the opportunity to predict, on the basis of studies of potential patterns, led to the use of modeling methods and processes of living systems, but this trend is not only connected with the emergence of new technological opportunities, but also to changes in the ideological and methodological. Features understanding of the law in a non-classical biological world view considered in the context of non-classical setting of the scientific world, which include the theory of evolution, the recognition of the role of random factors, probabilistic and statistical laws, etc. Formulation of the law in the biological world view is directly related to the search invariant, variability and patterns in the creation of models of how more can develop a pattern.
