The article is a continuation of the study of the problem of modern transformations of personal identity in the field of labor, for this time in the context of the “teal paradigm” (F. Laloux). The theoretical and methodological foundations of the research are the ideas of F. Laloux set forth in his work “Reinventing Organizations” (2014) and the concept of the “narrative identity” of P. Ricker, revealing proceduralism, intersubjectivity, as well as the activity and ethical-moral dimension of identity with phenomenological hermeneutic positions. The article defines the “teal paradigm” as a type of worldview, at the level of an individual subject suggesting a striving for self-actualization and self-identity, and at the level of an organization defining a cooperation model based on the principles of self-organization, integrity and following an evolutionary goal. A new type of labor subject is identified and described, “a man of a teal organization”; he analyzes his personal identity in the phenomenological perspective as a “teal consciousness”, setting a new context of self- and world interpretation. This context is defined by: striving for a holistic vision of oneself and others, by the movement “from the asymmetry of the I-another to mutual recognition” (P. Ricker), as well as by the principles of adherence to a cause, trust, freedom and responsibility. It is concluded that the “teal paradigm” has the potential to create an integrated “narration” about himself, about his life activities, and rehabilitates labor as an important context in which this narrative unfolds.
