Paper considers a method for comparing dynamic systems based on estimating the interaction of channels (subsystems). Each dynamic system can be associated with a directed graph with weights of arcs - quantitative measures of the mutual in uence of subsystems. To evaluate the structure of the graph, the method of participation matrix is used. Based on the directed graph structure, Dawker ltering are formed, which are used in topological data analysis. Examples of comparison of the dynamics of rotational motion of solid bodies carrying ywheels are given.
