The modern development of infrastructure in large and industrial cities pushes for construction on limited, constrained areas, including those above subway tunnels. This article describes the methods of laser scanning used in the inspection of structures and monitoring of underground facilities affected by new construction. The technology for monitoring the deflection of reinforced concrete subway structures and the stability of these structures is described. The main objective of this work is to ensure the safety of construction and the operational reliability of subway facilities located within the zone of influence of new construction.
