Totals of large-scale sociological research devoted to the problems of Migrants' Children learning and their Sociocultural Adaptation organized on the territory of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region are summarized in the article. The research was organized over a period of 2011-2012 by the Regional Research Laboratory team of Surgut State Pedagogical University. The definite recommendations based upon investigated problems for management decisions of the sphere are stated by the authors.
