Problem adaptation of high school lectures to innovate activity is becoming increasingly important in the period of increasing the intensity of information processes and increased requirements for professional activity. Model adaptation process is focused and systematic in nature and is based on versatility and multilevel activities of high school lectures. Features of professional adaptation are a gradual adjustment and refinement of skills to the level required to work in the company.
