The vertical jumps analysis on force plate has confidently entered into the control of speed-and-strength of athletes. However, the lack of age athletes norms was revealed in the scientific literature, thus makes it difficult to assess speed-strength level in athletes. The research aim was to identify age-related characteristics of legs’ speed-strength readiness in athletes using vertical jump analysis on a force plate. Uneven annual increase of jumps’ height as a result of age-related physical development and training was revealed in each type of jumps at the age of 9-16. It is noteworthy that jumping heights decrease in tested groups significantly at the age of 17-18 due to training focus on technical-and-tactical aspects, so level of 16 can only be reached only at the age of 20 and above. The article provides statistically calculated jumping height norms for athletes of different ages.
