The article considers new forms of organization of labor activity of personnel on the example of the phenomenon of the era of digitalization of remote work. The study determined both the positive impact of the phenomenon of remote work on the development of the business sector and the labor market, and the negative impact on the psycho-emotional state of employees and employers. The presence of potential employees who want to work remotely has been identified. Based on the materials studied, recommendations are given for employers, recruiters and hr-specialists on restructuring the system of interactions between existing staff and potential employees with company management.
