This article analyzes the activity of a specialized library for the blind as a platform for the social adaptation of persons with visual impairment. In the study, we were focusing on the organization of special activities in library and the blind-readers’ attitude to the library event. As a result, we have allocated popular library activities, analyzed the infrastructure, highlighted the difficulties of blind-readers when visiting the library.
