"The utility of using the technologies and technical means in the production of potatoes and move it is possible to estimate the cost of labor, energy and productivity. The main criterion in the transport process is a performance which depends mainly on the organization of loading and apply for funds, suitability of vehicles to move through harvested field, the organization of the discharge and apply the funds for it. According to the logistic approach to solving transport problems requires the identification of problematic situations. In this regard, was given the task of performing time observations of process of moving of the crop. Under the scheme of transport "field - growers enterprise" productivity per hour on the traffic side of the vehicle GAS with the capacity of 4 tons, excluding downtime to 3.79 t/h, taking into account all downtime - 3,03 t/h; car-truck ZIL (5.8 MT) respectively and 3,90 2,94 t/h. According to the scheme of the transport field - the base of Ekaterinburg" clock performance on-Board vehicle load capacity 4 tons, excluding downtime was 0.61 t/h, taking into account all downtime - 0,37 t/h; the car-a dump truck with a payload of 5.8 tonnes respectively and 0,92 0,60 t/h. With manual loading and unloading downtime on one flight was 36 minutes. While waiting for unloading the average time for one simple 21.8 minutes, the average idle time waiting for discharge per flight was 9.1 min. The movement of the car relative to the time in the outfit (load and no load) were as follows: for a vehicle with carrying capacity of 4 tonnes at 23.1%; the lifting capacity of 5.8 tons - of 19.7%. In container loading (MTZ-80 + KUN-10 loader output taking into account downtime 63.7 tons/shift. When employment on-loading of tractor operator and one porter labor costs amounted to: without downtime - 0.11 man h/t, taking into account downtime 0.22 man h/t."
