The principle of invariance is required in biological worldview as a methodological principle to create objective backgrounds for the identification of objects under analysis. Search for invariant as a foundation to represent a type includes the conception on the limitation of a wide variety of living organisms. The strategy of biological research is determined by the fact that objective foundation for knowing the variety of relations and the variety of changes in the system is the identification of stable forms, to which the specific variety of living forms tends to.
