Ethical and pedagogical discourse makes the author realize the importance of “personal dignity” as a category in the development of current chronotope that has established beneficial conditions for raising the feeling of personal dignity in democratized human-oriented society. A bearer of innovation culture is capable of obtaining a high ethical ideal deeply rooted in people’s consciousness. Facilitating psychology and pedagogy (C. Rogers) provides us with the opportunity to overcome the contradiction between goals and methods, when a person becomes a goal, “open opportunity”, and humanistic methods are used in his or her education and upbringing that help a person develop moral consciousness in common communicative action of all subjects of educational process.
