The subject of the study is the norms of labor legislation reflecting the intensive digitalization of working life. The main conclusion is the insufficient attention of the legislator to ensuring the quality of workers’ working life. To protect against the adverse effects of digital transformation, the ways of forming legal protective mechanisms for the rights and interests of employees are proposed.
