The article considers some aspects of corporate social responsibility and its impact on the competitiveness of the organization. The authors noted that the estimation of the commercial effect from investments in corporate social responsibility the company is difficult due to the fact that often the effect is manifested indirectly. According to the results of the conducted researches it is concluded that company find it profitable to be a responsible employer, to invest money in the creation of comfortable working conditions, ensuring safety in the workplace, thereby creating conditions to attract qualified personnel and to increase productivity of their employees, as well as to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of their business.
