The problem of higher institutions graduates’ thinking system in Russia under conditions of country’ sentry into the WTO is actual. The approach to economic disciplines teaching at the technical university, considering new social and economic tendencies is suggested in the work. The conclusion is made that interaction of higher institution with external environment and with the subjects of educational institution in achieving strategic and tactical targets by the higher institution should be oriented to qualitative educational product for the market.
