The article deals with the matter of labour legislation improvement in a context of widespread use of information and communication technologies. Traditional methods of interaction between employees and employers are being extended with the new mechanisms by means of modern communication technologies. The current practice and proposed legislation acts on the usage of electronic documents in labour relationships have been analyzed, and a number of correction proposals on labour legislation have been stated.
