The article reveals the importance of processes of temporal self-organization in the life of scientific and educational community, it shows the concrete forms of these processes. It was revealed temporal contradictions between institutional management of social time and temporal behavior strategies of professors and temporal self-organization and self-regulation inherent in this social community.
