The article is devoted to the analysis of employment incentives methods of the older generation and identifying the priorities of state policy to promote the senior citizen intern programs. The experience of developed countries in attracting the older age group to continue working is examined. Special attention is paid to the example of developed countries to increase the employment of the older generation. The directions of promoting a long working career of the older age group are systematized. This topic is relevant due to the changes in demographic processes towards an increase in the older population.
