The article covers the basic stages of the method of forming an enterprise’s anti- recessionary potential determining the real possibilities to solve the unfavorable situation. The proposed method is based on determination of a complex factor of anti-recessionary potential including the possibility to react rapidly on changes of the external and internal environment and early enterprise diagnostics in order to develop further administrative decisions under unstable (crisis) conditions. Human capital is a special element of anti- recessionary potential. The author justifies the methods of human resources management in anti-recessionary management conditions.
