The article deals with the problems of the tourism market, due to political and economic features of the present stage of development. Identify the causes and effect of the crisis and the measures that can alleviate the crisis. To clarify the situation, the author conducted a retrospective analysis of the development of tourism in the country. The author offers some strategic decisions, which, in our opinion, will contribute to the emergence of positive trends in the tourist market. Particular emphasis is placed on the development prospects of the domestic tourism market.
